SchooScholar Online Examination Software

Knowledge Ware India has constantly worked to provide complete educational software solutions for educational institutes. Online Examinations Software is one of such software solution.

The software can randomly generate an online objective type question paper. The questions in a session can be generated based on total marks, total minutes or total number of questions. It takes care of all the features required for simulating an examination environment. It also generates a detailed result sheet at the end of the session.
The software has 2 modes :
  1) Preparation mode : to be used by student to prepare for the examination

  2) Examination mode : to be used by the teacher to conduct the examination

  1) Preparation mode : to be used by student to prepare for the examination

i)
The student can choose any chapter (from entire subject), any type of question (from a variety of objective type questions).
ii)
The student can set the number of questions to be asked per session according to maximum questions to be asked, according to time duration of the session or according to maximum marks of the entire question paper.
iii)
In this mode the software will indicate if the answer given by the student is right or wrong.

PREPARATION MODE GIVES INSTANT FEEDBACK TO THE STUDENT
iv)
It will also give him an option of viewing the entire solution of the question after the student has attempted the question.
v)
The Online Examination software also keeps a tab of the session duration and automatically changes a question if the student cannot attempt it within the allocated time.
vi)
It also indicates if the student takes a longer than the allocated time for 3 consecutive questions.
vii)
The progress of the student is monitored according to the percentage of marks scored and conveyed to him at periodic intervals. Appropriate remarks are also shown to encourage the student to perform better.
viii)
There is also a facility to view answers of the attempted questions
ix)
At the end it generates a detailed (chapter wise) report of each session which can be either saved in electronic format or printed.

  2) Examination mode : to be used by the teacher to conduct the examination

i)
The software generates a different set of questions for each session.
ii)
In this mode the student is supposed to finish the entire examination in the specified time and so timing of individual question is not considered. Hence it does not change a question if the student does not attempt it within the stipulated time duration of each individual question.
iii)
At the end it generates a detailed (chapter wise) report - both for individual or the entire class; which can be eventually stored in electronic format or can be printed and handed to the students.
